Before his real estate career, Steve was celebrated for his smooth yet aggressive snowboarding style, earning titles such as the 2004 and 2007 Winter X Games Champion and the #1 halfpipe rider in the United States by the FIS ranking system. Originally from the Twin Cities of Minnesota, Steve embraced Breckenridge's mountain lifestyle permanently in 2003, drawn by its world-class skiing/snowboarding, and extensive hiking and biking trails.
